Pump Room water affected lift shaft and electrical room

Bigred was called to immediately mitigate the flooding which started from the pump room. The pipe which gave way not only flooded the room, but cause water overflow into the electrical board system serving the lift and lift shaft. Both lift in the building were not operational thereafter. Bigred managed to remove the excess water from the shaft, decontaminated the electrical system within 6 hours and got the building lift running immediately thereafter. Bigred can restore many thing to pre loss, if action is taken immediately.   

Should the Building owner have waited for replacement of parts, it would have taken many days before replacement could take effects and tenants would have suffered walking up the ten storey using the stairs.
